Blueberry Maple Syrup

  • 16 ounces blueberries, fresh
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups maple syrup


Step 1

In a medium sauce pan combine the blueberries with the water and bring a boil. Lower the heat to medium and continue to cook while you puree the blueberries to a chunky pulp using the back of a wooden spoon to break them up

Step 2

Stir in lemon juice and maple syrup and serve warm drizzled over the top of your Honey Whole Wheat Waffles. Delicious!
